MISSION

Make soccer the preeminent sport in the Twin Tiers.

VISION

By 2031, Twin Tiers Soccer Club will service 300 players, providing programs and fielding teams for youth ages U6-U19 who compete in local, state, and regional level competition under the guidance of full and part-time staff.

CORE VALUES

Talent Development First

All too often, the "premier" soccer environments prioritize making money at the expense of what is best for their players, aiming to grow as large as possible and house multiple teams per age group. Our environment does not, and will not ever strive to be the biggest. By putting the priority on quality over quantity, we make choices that always put the best interest of the player at the center. Examples include environments with optimal coach:player ratios, 'A' Licensed coaching, and practicing the most advanced methods of youth development. We do not strive to be the biggest, we strive to be the best.

Positive Youth Sport Experience

Children are more likely to remember how a person or group of people impacted them instead of that one exciting victory or heartbreaking defeat. In a youth sports world filled with undesirable behavior, Twin Tiers SC coaches first and foremost strive to be perfect role models. We hold the bar extremely high in how we communicate, teach, and conduct ourselves. We want our players and their parents to remember us as an organization with high standards who positively influenced the person, not just the soccer player.

Best Coaching Available

In the entire United States, Twin Tiers SC Director Colton Bly is one of the only coaches to hold every U.S. Soccer National Coaching License: 4v4, 7v7, 9v9, 11v11, F, E, D, C, B, A-Youth, and A-Senior. Colton has held Director positions with clubs at both the grassroots and elite levels of youth soccer in the country, and in 2022 was the youngest head coach in American professional soccer when he took over Flower City Union mid-season as the Interim Head Coach. He is part of the U.S. Soccer National Instructor Staff, teaching up to 4 'B' License courses per year.
